Out of Hours
If you need medical attention when the surgery is closed please telephone the main surgery number – 01603 448800 and your call will be diverted to the after hours service.
You will be asked to give brief details of the patient and the medical problem and provide a telephone number for the duty doctor to call you back on.
Home visits will be made where medically necessary, or you may be asked to attend the out of hours clinic at the Norwich Community Hospital, Bowthorpe Road, Norwich.
Telephone call with the duty doctor may be recorded.
All contacts with the out of hours service are forwarded to the practice the next working day, ensuring that appointment follow ups can be made, if necessary.
