The walk in Centre is located at Timberhill, Level 4, Castle Mall, Norwich.

Timber Hill Health Centre is operated by Norwich Practices Ltd. under a contract with NHS Norfolk, the local Primary Care Trust, to provide NHS services.

Norwich Practices Ltd. is owned and operated by the GPs at fifteen local GP practices.
The centre provides advice, treatment for minor ailments and routine services from specially-trained staff.

The service is available to anyone.
