Diabetes UK and Norfolk & Waveney ICB are working alongside each other to give you the chance to learn more about living with diabetes. We are holding an education event for people living with type 2 diabetes.
Please join us and learn more about your diabetes care and services in your area with sessions on diet, day to day management of diabetes, footcare, eyecare and support around mental health and wellbeing given by local healthcare professionals who will be able to answer any of your questions.
