Castle PartnershipThere are currently roadworks that may impact patients attending Mile End Road Surgery.
The works are taking place outside of the surgery on the crossroads of Unthank Road, Mile End Road and Coleman Road. According to the City Council, these are likely to be in place until the end of the month. Further information can be found here www.norfolk.gov.uk/roads-and-transport/roads/roadworks
Unfortunately we were not made aware of these works being undertaken as it is reported it is to undertake emergency repairs to the gas network, so we have not been able to update you until now. A diversion is in place along Newmarket Rd, then up from the bottom of Unthank Rd to the Surgery Car Park. There is no access from the crossroads coming down Unthank Road or off Mile End Road.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause to Patients attending Mile End Road however this is outside of the Partnerships control. Hopefully the work will be completed quickly and the road blocks removed.
