If you are unhappy about any aspect or your care, then we would like to hear about it. If you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received from the doctors or any of the staff working in the practice please let us know. We have an in-house complaints procedure and you can obtain complaints forms at your surgery.
We hope that most problems can be sorted out easily and quickly, often at the time they arise and with the person concerned. If you wish to discuss a problem you can contact your Surgery Manager in the first instance. If you wish to make a written complaint, a form can be obtained from the surgery.
Complaints should be addressed to the Surgery Manager who will investigate your concerns and will respond either in writing or by telephone. The Surgery Manager will explain the complaints procedure to you and will make sure that your concerns are dealt with promptly. It will be a great help if you are as specific as possible about your complaint.
We are also keen to hear of any positive comments and suggestions you may have about the services received from your surgery.
We hope that if you have a problem you will use our practice complaints procedure. We believe this will give the best chance of resolving your complaint and an opportunity to improve your practice. But this does not affect your right to approach NHS Norfolk. If you feel you cannot raise your complaint with us or you are dissatisfied with the result of our investigation you should contact the Health Ombudsman.
